1. Our Commitment
At Forever Chapters Studio, every Chapter is individually created with great care, using the stories, photographs and memories you provide.
Because every order is personalised and made specifically for you, our refund policy differs from that of standard products.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
You may request to cancel your order before work on your personalised Chapter has started.
If no creative work has begun, we will provide a full refund.
3. Personalised Digital Products
Once work on your personalised Chapter has begun with your approval, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each Chapter is created exclusively for you and cannot be resold or reused.
Each Forever Chapter is created exclusively for one customer and cannot be resold or reused.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to:
- personalised products made to the customer’s specifications; and
- digital content supplied after performance has begun with the customer’s prior consent, where applicable.
By placing an order for a personalised Forever Chapter and authorising us to begin work, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once work on your personalised order has started.
5. Revisions
Every order includes one complimentary revision to correct factual errors or small requested changes.
Additional revisions or substantial changes requested after approval may be subject to an additional fee.
6. Technical Issues
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or technically defective digital file, we will correct the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Our Responsibility
If Forever Chapters Studio makes a factual or production error, we will correct it promptly at no additional charge.
