These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our personalised digital memory books.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Service
Forever Chapters Studio creates personalised digital memory books based on the information, stories, photographs and other materials you provide.
Each Chapter is individually designed and created specifically for you, making every creation unique.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is accurate.
- You own, or have permission to use, all photographs and content you upload.
- You have the legal right to share any personal information included in your submission.
- The information you provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All photographs, stories and other materials you submit remain your property.
The design, layout, branding, artwork and creative work produced by Forever Chapters Studio remain the intellectual property of Forever Chapters Studio and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Your personalised Chapter is licensed for your personal use only.
Without prior written permission from Forever Chapters Studio, you may not:
- reproduce our designs or layouts;
- copy or modify our branding or creative elements;
- use our work for commercial purposes;
- resell or distribute our templates, designs or branding.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Forever Chapters Studio’s intellectual property to the customer.
5. Payments
Payment is securely processed through our trusted payment provider.
Work on your personalised Chapter begins only after full payment has been successfully received.
6. Delivery
Your completed digital Chapter will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during your order.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on workload, project complexity and the completeness of the information provided.
7. Customer Review & Approval
Before final delivery, you may be given the opportunity to review your personalised Chapter.
One complimentary revision is included to correct factual errors or request minor adjustments.
Requests for substantial changes, additional content, redesigns or new photographs after work has begun may require an additional fee.
Once the final version has been approved by the customer or delivered electronically, the project is considered complete.
8. Refund Policy
Because every Forever Chapter is individually created and personalised specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.
If you experience a technical issue or receive an incorrect file, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
Forever Chapters Studio creates each Chapter with the greatest possible care and attention.
However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the content provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they submit.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us.

11. Changes to These Terms
